Frequently Asked Questions

Open Sunset Browser and tap the VPN card on the home page (or go to VPN Settings). Select a server, then tap "Connect." For free users, you'll need to watch a short ad first. The first time you connect, iOS will ask you to allow VPN configuration — tap "Allow" to proceed.

VPN speed depends on your internet connection and the server you've selected. Try these steps: (1) Enable "Smart Routing" to auto-select the fastest server, (2) Switch to a server geographically closer to you, (3) Check the ping indicator — green means fast, orange/red means slow, (4) If you've exceeded your monthly data limit, speeds may be throttled.

Ad blocking is available from the toolbar at the bottom of the browser. Tap the ad block icon to toggle it for the current website. Free users have manual ad blocking, Basic users get DNS-level filtering, and Pro/Premium users enjoy automatic ad blocking across all websites.

Go to your iPhone's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Sunset Browser. From there, you can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan. You can also access subscription management from within the App via Settings > Manage Subscription.

Open the menu (bottom-right corner) and go to Settings. Scroll to the "Privacy & Security" section and tap "Clear All Browsing Data." This will remove your cache, cookies, and browsing history. Alternatively, use Private Browsing mode — data is automatically erased when you close the session.

Yes. All your browsing data (history, bookmarks, cookies) is stored locally on your device and never sent to our servers. Our VPN uses advanced encryption technology with a strict no-log policy. We don't track what you browse, search, or download. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
